French Lamb Casserole

French Lamb Casserole 
Serves 6

1kg (2 pounds) Lamb Chops
1 Packet of french onion soup
1 can of crushed tomatoes with herbs and garlic
6 carrots halved
Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve on mashed potatoes or polenta. A side of steamed vegetables goes beautifully. This is gorgeous the next day on a nice multi-grain roll for lunch.
