1/2 cup (125g) crunchy peanut butter
2 teaspoons curry powder
500g/ 1 Pound of lean beef mince
Warm peanut butter in a pan or foil for 30 seconds to soften. Mix in curry powder and egg. Add to mince and mix well to combine.
Roll the mixture into 6 fat sausages, insert a skewer into each. BBQ or grill, turning to brown evenly until cooked through.
Serve as a burger or on a pita bread with sweet chilli sauce and salad.
